eBay Selling & Shopping Online App Reviews

All the work has gone into the worthless front page promotions. Half the time, the category bar disappears and I cant even get to books, which is what I buy on ebay. the only category in books that can be searched by publication date is antique and collectible, and even that can only be searched in big chunks of 1900-1949 and 1950-present. When I mistakenly leave a search I cant get back to it with any back button. I cant delete old offers. Someone in marketing needs to talk to the geeks and make this app more user friendly.

Does the job... I love eBay!!! Period!!

This app is convenient in some ways and frustrating in MANY ways. I have sold on eBay for two years now and anyone who sells (or buys) on eBay regularly knows its a daily use app and multiple times a day at that. You can only do the bare essentials with the app. To be able to do anything important or detailed you must get on your desktop, laptop, or tablet browser to take care of those things. I also feel like eBay customer support in conjunction with the app is lacking. Love eBay, dislike their technology.

Its perfect. My life almost depends on it.

The app is getting worse every time its updated.

I havent tried to sell anything using the app, but it is very easy to find and buy things. Possibly too easy?

I love eBay and I love this app. Have not had any problems with it so far and I use it almost daily.

I love the app

Fees are much too high and customer service is a little less than professional. Had an issue with an item that had been tampered with in the mail. Kept getting confusing instructions that crossed over between PayPal and eBay. Notifications seem random. I get them way before an auction ends but never right before. Also, cAnt find the "text me 15 min before it ends option" except in the email. The one benefit over Craigslist and similar classified listings is the larger group of potential buyers. Did I mention the fees are way too high.

Now ebay crashes as much as the etsy app....thought they should improve with time not worsen!!!

Customer service is horrible, 90% of them dont even know what they are saying and are in no way helpful, one representative had a very aggressive tone.

The mobile Ebay app has come a long way, on using it with my iPad 9.7" Pro has become my chosen way to go. Listing, editing, watching, buying, feedback, posting tracking info... Its all super easy and quick. Very grateful for this app and the folks that made it!!!

App works well, easy to purchase items. I dont like that it no longer opens onto my home page to see watched/purchasing items but some add page of junk I have zero interest in. More pages to click over to get where I am going.
