The app is very easy to navigate and super user friendly especially with sellers. Too bad eBay charges sellers a small fortune on fees. Hence the nickname feebay.

Have been using eBay for years for buying and selling they are a fair and honest company always willing to help consumers

I love this so. So easy to use.

With continued improvements, there is still work to be done. I experience frequent crashes and search filters often dont hold their settings. Keep up the good work but, more importantly, keep working on it.

I am on the ebay site every day, generally several times a day, checking on auctions that I am participating in. I seldom encounter any problems with the ebay site. Ebay gives me access to buy just about anything that I can imagine.

App is not letting me reply to message. Extremely frustrating!!

Absolutely prefer it hands down to old PC eBay.com site. User-friendly after mere minutes.

I love this app. No issues except I cant figure out how to navigate for settings for pay after delivered for a different checking account. Also other settings are hard to navigate like when someone tried to flag me as a negative customer of theirs because I cancelled an order so she tried make me look dumb flagging me as if I didnt pay. It was beyond imaginable trying to remove flag or file a complaint. Had to call and even that, took a 45 minute call to resolve it. I dont have that kind of time for such things. Annoying.

No problems buying or selling

You can actually make costly mistakes using this app. Additionally there is very minimal customer support and their answer will always be, "since you pushed the button accidentally we cant help you." As a seller eBay is one of the worst companies out there as they bully the seller into returns that shouldnt be necessary.

eBay charges a fee and make a lot of money on each sale. Yet with all of this they keep on turn out crap. The app doesnt not let you add item to your watch list with the current update. Remember the people who write the apps went to college and got a degree in their field. Yet they can turn out an app that works. This is crap. Also if you try to contact them you have to search high and low just to get someone to get a number to contact someone. Company who create a separation between them and their customer soon find out their customers moved in. These people who design this app should got bad to the institution that they pay to get their degrees from and ask for their money back because they didnt learn sh** about turning out an app that works.

Crashes more often than an inebriated driver leaving a bar after last all.

Im generally happy with the app. Easy to use and purchase items. The only problem Im having with the new version is that it keeps crashing, I have to restart it every time after it crashes. I have also deleted the app and re-installed it hoping it would work. Getting very frustrating. It usually crashes after about 5 - 10 minuets. I am also using the app on my IPad mini 2. Please fix the problem. My iPad software is up to date also.

The latest version stinks. It was way better past time. Non-intuitive. Even after months I still have difficulty navigating and it takes a lot of steps. And I absolutely hate the saved searches now, it was way better last time. Major fail eBay, I often stay away until I have time to jump through all the hoops youve made.

Great for buying and selling on the go.

I am really liking new format as buyer and seller. Easy to use!
