eBay Selling & Shopping Online App Reviews

The ebay app makes you want to just go online to access ebay. It lacks so many features compared to online and is very slow with loading. I want to be on ebay all the time and i thought i could with the ebay app, but its not even worth having it on my phone. One positive aspect is that the app is clean and easy to navigate around but thats also due to the lack of depth and features.

Hey I use it every day without thinking so I must like it.

ebay is probably the only app I really like to shop online and that it will guarantee me that it will arrive fast and save.

Each and every time you guys update this app it gets worse, forced to use the computer for my eBay experience because Im not having a good one in this all, would give 0 stars if possible

Straight forward! Very helpful! Quick way to check order status, inventory, feedback, etc.

The app layout was a whole lot better before I updated this this latest model. This is why I go so long without updating apps. Its now really hard to see if people left you feedback. Its also hard to find your watch list. I dont really care about what eBay wants to advertise. Please bring back the older layout. And how do I get rid of all these notifications about things about the end, its driving me crazy with so many messages. I know they are about to end dont have to send me messages!!

Internet connection is strong and can use other apps that need wifi but Ebay app at random times will not acknowledge the internet.

This update is horrible. I can no longer find items Im watching or bidding on easily. I used to toggle between the 2 as auctions were ending. I cant easily see what happened to auctions that have ended unless theyre in my cart! Reminders are annoying bc they arent right at auction end. Too bad for me if I have a bid and a watch that are ending around the same time because Id never be able to manage both! HATE IT! I miss seeing the "leave feedback" feature that was left off the last update!!!. This was how I actually kept track of what I received. I order many different beads ect...and its hard to keep track of whats still out there without that little feedback reminder.

This is an invasion of privacy! What if I dont want somebody to see what Ive purchased? What if Ive purchased a birthday or any kind of gift? They can ruin it by looking at the feedback details of the item! This should have been taken care of long ago! Add an option to to have the details turned on or off! One star until this problem is resolved.

I love to shop on eBay with this app more than using their actual website

This version is much more improved Han previous version you still need to go to the website to accomplish some things, but other than that its functional

Great app, post items on the fly.

I have no issues with the layout or functionality of this app. However lately the app freezes at least 1x a day. The error message indicates wifi connection is lost. Here is the rub: my wifi connection is not lost on my phone - just on eBay. Every other app works perfectly, I can search the web, etc. When I turn off wifi in settings then turn on again and have a great connection, the eBay app indicates it has no wifi. The ONLY way I have been able to resolve the problem is by rebooting my iPhone. This happens EVERY day. The app doesnt provide me a way to report the prob. via email/message I lose a lot of time & work on eBay due to this problem.

I love using my eBay app for selling and buying. Too many great features to mention. However, sometimes it bumps me off while Im using it :( and it happens too often IMO. Also it seizes up on me! Oh, one more thing - I dream of the day that the troublesome non-payers are no longer able to participate.

Havent really had an issue with this app. Works well. Possibly too well. Sends notifications to items I have been outbid on when they have little time left to close. I like that. But my husband probably doesnt.

Easy bidding, payment and watching. Wish lists for holiday shopping could be better.
